Introductory Consultation

This introductory call is designed to understand the client’s current needs, challenges, goals, and priorities. During the call, we will discuss the areas where support may be needed, including operations, staffing, service, menu structure, guest experience, systems, or overall business strategy.

The purpose of this call is to determine which consulting package works best for the client based on their current situation and goals. It also provides an opportunity to answer questions, review expectations, and recommend the best next step before moving forward.
